Maybe not but dont be surprised if he's signing a different tune if they run through the tourney without a loss.

I'm fine with a 2 seed just up the road at MO State

FWIW I think you'll be a 2 no matter what.

I'd rather play in Stillwater Regional than at MO State.

I think MO State is better than both the Rice and the OU team you got by as a 2 seed.

Then specify that. Don't say, "Arkansas has everything on the line" when in reality, that's false.

We started slow and we are in this position because of how we played at the start of the season. Couple with having a four game series with Cal canceled and replacing them with an RPI 280 team.

It is what it is.

We've won 10/11 on the road over the last few weeks, so in fine with going up to Springfield or maybe down to Dallas or Stillwater.

I don't think we can play our way in to a host seed personally. Even Kendall Rogers was saying it was unlikely even if we win the tournament.
I think you're right. There are too many teams ahead of Arkansas in the RPI. If the 5th team in the SEC is going to host, it just about has to be on RPI strength, because that's the metric they use to compare to teams in other leagues. Nobody wants to draw Arkansas as a 2 in their regional, but someone is going to get that gift. I sort of expect it to be OSU (Missouri State might get a national seed, and I don't think they'd reward MSU for a great season by having Arkansas show up as a 2).

I shouldnt have to. If you think i was saying Arkansas potentially wasnt going to make the tournament that's on you, not me.

There is only one thing i could have been referring to. Only one.

We played MO State earlier and lost. I think we can take their regional.

Wherever we go, we have a shot IMO.

I'd prefer Stillwater or Springfield.

Agree and that wouldnt be a bad setup.

ORU, OSU and then maybe Illinois to get to Omaha.

As opposed to Big ten team, MSU, and then maybe A&M/LSU.

IF Arkansas keeps winning, RPI won't be an issue.

Arkansas had a jump of 10 spots by beating Florida last night and now sits at 28. If Arkansas manages to some how beat LSU, probably looking at a jump of 5-8(?) spots.

Arkansas then has a record of 20-10 against the nations toughest league and a RPI in the 20-23 range.

Long shot of course, but if Arkansas does in fact win a couple more, it won't be an RPI issue IMO.

From the 7th on, I just couldn't stay awake last night.

12 pitches what a battle at the plate.

This isn't how RPI works, especially as you move up. RPI looks every single team you've played, so it could be yesterday it was a big combination of not really you beating a high RPI team but much more so everyone else on your schedule winning and a lot of teams (now just behind you) losing. You could beat us tonight and move up a couple spots at best factoring in everything else.

Holy shite we lost to Arkansas at something? We must suck.

You just forgot to use paid off florida alums like you did in football (suspended refs) and basketball (cannot call anymore Arkansas or Florida games). Without help, you are normal.
