He comes across as a jerk to me. I understand him being upset, but I don't think I would want to be a pitcher on his team.

He does come off as a jerk sometimes but he's one of the better coaches in the country. His teams just need to get over the hump of striving in big situations. They always seem to turn into the bad news bears at the wrong time.
