I've never understood the whole "Florida won't leave their state" argument. Why should they go to the expense of travelling farther, and deprive the fans of in state rivalries, just so they can say the "traveled out of state"?

It doesn't make a whole lot of sense, but I'm sure we will hear a lot of it in the lead up to the Michigan game next year as that stat is brought up over and over again.

So y'all play one decent opponent, choke the game away and now you're amazing? Other than the home and home with Texas when was the last time y'all schedule a power 5 team?

I understand Florida's predicament, but I much prefer being able to play Syracuse, ND, Miami, Oregon, Cal, OU, etc.. than the same team every year.

In one way, it's cool to have a top tier OOC rival to play every year. The other side of the coin is that we don't get to travel to other cool venues.

FSU's stadium sucks.

State has played ONE out of conference P5 team in the regular season since Mullen arrived.

ONE.

One team since 2009.

Two.

Georgia Tech and Oklahoma State. Both were 10 win teams the year they played them. Your point remains, I'm just correcting the facts.

A whole lot of free football games for the football team with the smallest budget in the division.

That would give LA Tech more wins over State than Arkansas has over the last four years.

It's pretty easy to do when you're the only competition in your state.

The faux outrage over MSUs schedule is hilarious.

Most trash talk on this site ends up with one side or another spouting off an all-time record:
"oh yeah, last I checked we lead the all-time series xx to yy... herp derp"

So, are we going to now discuss historical scheduling? How many times did those Bama and Ole Miss National Championship teams play each other? How long did Alabama go without playing freaking Auburn?
