When you consider USC the five years before that it's a pretty damn impressive job Spurrier has done for you guys. You used to win 6-7 games a year with thugs now y'all are winning 10 with character guys. Also worth pointing out this has been the best 5 year run in Clemson history as well. Damn Spurrier is a helluva coach.

Is the SECE still trying to win SEC titles?
The SEC has never seen dominance by one division like this...except for:
1993 - Florida
1994 - Florida
1995 - Florida
1996 - Florida
1997 - Tennessee
1998 - Tennessee
Six is still more than five, isn't it?
Alabama has won 2 in the last 5 years. At this pace (provided the West performs the same way they did over the last 5 years), they will catch Florida for SEC Title Game wins by 2021.

Alabama (60-7) Top Elite
LSU (53-13) Rival
LSU is not in the same Elite level with Bama. Sorry but LSU has 0 zero NCs during that time frame No one is but Au would be the closes due to 2SECCG & 1 BCSCG W in 2appearances. They have just been schizophrenics.
Dynasty Group: Bama
Elite Group: AU, LSU
Damn Strong Group: UGA, USCe, UF :: DSG v.b12/sec : TAMU & Mezzo

B-ham conspiracy.

Well observed and stated.

As bad as it tastes to say it, you're right in your 1st statement. What Bama's done the last 5 years belongs in its own group. They have a 6.5 gm lead over 2nd place (LSU). Realistically, that would take 3+ seasons to make up. They deserve to stand alone at the top.
But by that same token, LSU stands alone in 2nd. If not alone, then with South Carolina, not Auburn. LSU has an 8 gm lead over them and a 4 gm lead over the Gamecocks.

Formally known as the beginning, the first two years of, tPOS years at UT ... the years that eventually led to the Fulmer Cup.
Why did UT feel obligated to name a road after Tee Martin?

Pre-first expansion years. B-ham catered heavily to Bama's scheduling back then, but things have changed sinc.... wait, errrr ...

...except for the fact that Auburn is 1-4 vs LSU in that time frame, with the Tigers outscoring the Plainsmen 140 to 75.
Even in the midst of tDecline, LSU is still better than Auburn.

NaturalBeam - So the East sucks, is what you're trying to say
We have two in the top 5 of this years final rankings...yeah the east sucks.

this is dripping of jealousy
fun fact: UT has never won the Fulmer cup

And since there weren't divisions until 1992, I can see that you agree with my statement.
