The rule says eligible “for fall sports”. Texas and Oklahoma will be in the SEC for fall sports.

This makes perfect sense. I have no issue with that.
Word of warning. The next thing the donghorns will want is to split up the TV money based on the games that get the most viewers. It has already been suggested by Chimp Brown and Chris Del Conte, donghorn AD, in an interview after 'sips announced they were joining the SEC.
