That CBS ranking gave Michigan a 5 on architecture and UCLA a 9.5. Aren't they basically the same design?

Also what is the difference between "tradition" and "history"? My best guess is that tradition is events outside of the games (Victory Hill, Frank Howard's Rock, etc.) and history is the actual games played there, but that isn't really reflected in the rankings.

I've only been to a few (Auburn, LSU, Bama, and Arky obviously), and I'd say LSU is generally the loudest from what I've seen.

That being said, homerism aside, I've never heard anything louder than at the Razorback stadium last year after we scored our first TD against Bama.

It's been referenced many times in this thread, but I'll try to clear it up for you. The majority of LSU fans that year were displaced. Especially for that game since Rita tore through a week earlier and people had to evacuate.

Most of South Louisiana, which constitutes a big part of our fan base, was not even in the state at that time.

Hell, when I went to the Bama game later that year we stayed in the State Park by Tuscaloosa, and there were a bunch of LSU fans who were living there in trailers. They came and hung out with us the entire weekend because they said "it's so nice to be around more people from home."

You are not only a complete idiot, but you are also a piece of shite.

Good day, fine sir.

Were you at the LSU 07 game in Tiger Stadium? Right before the 4th and ten conversion by y'all was pretty damn loud. Rivaled USC announcement at Florida game.

Ok.

They tend to do that. At least I would hope so. If the students aren't cheering, something is wrong.

No I went in 05 I think? It was when I was a freshmen or sophomore...LSU won but it was a close game. All in all it was actually a pretty boring game until the 4th quarter from what I recall. It got pretty loud there towards the end.

It was the turning point. A florida fan sitting next to me turned and said, "We just lost this game."

They were winning by two scores at the time, I believe.

If it weren't for the fact that your football program is currently a laughing stock, I might have been offended

I understand that everyone got jacked up when they announced the score, but it was still louder on every Florida 3rd down then when that score was announced. People like to talk about that moment like it was one of the loudest moments in Tiger Stadium, and it just simply wasn't

you judge crowd noise by the decibel level on the field, not by how loud it gets in the middle of the student section
