Softball is so fickle. How do you boat race a team on Friday and then lose to the same team on Saturday

It's pretty clear who the worst team in the conference is this year....

Well Stanford rested today before playing Alabama.... while Alabama had maybe 30 mins to regroup an play a DH after beating Cal Poly in 8 innings.

To be fair alabama has played a lot of close games so far. Winning 1-0 in 8 innings vs Santa clara is as close as it gets

Besides the Stanford loss, the 8 inning game against Cal Poly and the opening game against USA who may be a super regional team..no other game has been within 3 runs. 3 out of 11 is not really a lot

vs Santa clara

didn't play them

Bama scores 28 runs on Friday in 2 games.
On Saturday Bama scores 2 runs in 2 games.
What the hell happened to the offense overnight.

#16 LSU run-ruled Hofstra in 5, 8-0. LSU is now 9-0. Hofstra has been to the tournament the last couple of years, so it was a nice win for LSU

This is by far the deepest and most talented the SEC has ever been. Even LSU has a very legitimate chance at the WCWS

Both Sunday games for UGA have been cancelled due to "cold" weather. Hmmmm... It's too cold for softball but not baseball.
