as to the OP, if you even read his link later, it says that the similar investigation into Joker Phillips pretty much had nothing to do with the school

Actually Ms State is the one who escaped as they were the only school proven to have contact between his father and your boosters about money. Luckily the NCAA caught onto you and you got your minor probation a couple of years later.
