SCAR was in the family long before Spurrier came to town here.
SCAR is Willie Cici. Clemenza's hit man, a lieutenent soldier, loyal to the family to the core and always willing to take out a family head when needed. Made our bones the old fashioned way ... by earning them.
(Willie Cici shot the guy in the revolving door, took Sal on his last ride, etc.)

Wasn't Cici the one who flipped state's evidence against the family? Shouldn't he be Tennessee?

Tennessee should be Carlo. They betrayed their family (Fulmer/SEC) in hopes that it would make them more powerful but instead it killed them\
