Our OLine couldn't pour water out of a boot if the instructions were on the heel.

I'm more interested about this in week 6 when everyone has played cupcakes and hard games as well.

:kige: Unfortunately for us, we don't start our cupcake season until week 9.

I guess we have a "cupcake" this weekend, but I don't know what to expect from this offensive line.

Arkansas is the most surprising on there to me considering their system and who they have played

I'm not gonna try to make Appalachian State out to be a juggernaut or anything, but FWIW that defense returned every player from a unit that was ranked 11th in FBS in total defense.

They're not a cupcake.

And VA Tech has one of the best Defensive coordinators in the country, Bud Foster.

That and the fact that we have gone up against 2 SEC defenses on the road in the first two games.

New starting RB and 3 new OL. They got much better from game to game two and I imagine they'll keep improving as the season goes. That first game against LaTech was an abysmal performance.

vs. Lousiana Tech - 106 yards
vs. TCU - 180 yards

Honestly we didn't have much of a running game early last year either, but Austin Allen has made the clutch plays that Brandon Allen didn't early on.

We have more experienced WR's and TE's, so that's why we are passing more than usual. I think once our OLine and RB's get more experience we will do just fine.

Didn't White start several games last year?

I think the bigger difference is Arkansas's Pass Catchers > Auburn's Pass Catchers.
