Until that gawdy arse eye destroying blue turf is deemed against NCAA rules, their rules should be considered meaningless by everyone.

Not that it matters due to their inevitable downfall, but this is such petty BS. It will be great when the power 5 can tell the NCAA to frick off and go set up shop in DC where they can be useless to anyone involved.
