I kept up with McDaniels class for a while, like 2 guys are left from 1

Al Smith was a great college player though, he was honey badger before honey badger...

4 is good but I wish Upshaw would have been one of the 4. He's a steal in the 2nd round.

Nice to have a debate about whether your team deserves to have 4 or 5 guys drafted each year.

Whenever my dog pisses on the floor, I blame 2 people.

Neiko Thorpe and Josh McDaniels.

Thorpe also enjoys appearing in Daniel Moore/knockoff Bama prints. I've seen him in at least 5

My thoughts on the Denver Broncos "draft" thus far:

I'm going to take a shite.

Upshaw would have done himself a favor if he just skipped the senior bowl, kept his weight down, and worked on getting his forty/shuttle times down. He tried to put on size to show he could play DE when he does not project as a true DE in the NFL. He needed to show speed and coverage skills to the scouts moreso than pass rush skills.

I agree, but I will never understand why the NFL thinks they can turn a guy like Dontari Poe who was the very definition of an underachiever at MEMPHIS into an All Pro. But they won't take a highly productive player like Upshaw.

4 first rounders in the last 2 years. When was the last time LSU did that?

Poe to Upshaw is apples to oranges

to be fair you need to compare Upshaw to the DE/OLB's not nose guards

He did well Senior Bowl week though... he just seemed to free fall from the combine on though.

In his workouts, Upshaw looked stiff compared to the other hyrid LB/DE players out there. Yes, he was very productive at Alabama but that does not guarantee that he will be elite at the next level. Fact is, if you are taken in the first round as a defensive end, you have to be an elite athlete.

You should probably watch/read more into it, then.

One can only guess the amount of time you've study analyst's opinion of CU.

Maybe because Josh McDaniels was an idiot.

shite idk he was still coaching the Broncos. That makes sense now why you were bitching about Gilmore and Denver trading picks tonight.

When was Gilmore drafted btw?
