How can you rank LSU when they haven't played yet? Just say they are not ranked on a list since there was no game played.
Hi there, buddy? How the hell did you like that BYU game?!
Too bad that A&M game didn't go like you said it would.

Still a little too early to have a good feel for it yet

1. Georgia
2. Bama
3. Auburn (Aubies played bad and still won, a sign of guts.)
Talent is there.
4. Aggies
5. Ole Miss
6. Arkansas
7. LSU (I think Ty-Guzz are higher but haven't played)
8. Mississippi St
9. South Carolina
10.Missouri
11.Florida (Puzzle, may be as high as 3)
12.Tennessee (Also may be much higher, but pass defense
limits)
13.Kentucky
14.Vandy

Hard to tell because of the different level of competition, but I saw some serious weaknesses in Auburn's defense. They were really soft on the edges and not too impressive in defending the deep ball. They were much better, however, in stuffing the interior and in pressuring the qb.
Jeremy Johnson has to know when to throw the ball. Too many times he threw to a covered receiver.
I thought Ole Miss looked like a complete team. I am generally not too impressed with them, and I know they may have had the weakest of all opponents, but even without Tunsil they had a good showing. They will have a difficult time running the ball against Alabama in a couple of weeks. Kelly looked confident at QB. I would rank them higher after this weeks games.

With history as my guide I am not ready to put Georgia and A&M at the top.

The question about OM is QB play. Defense is top level and Kelly is legit. We are higher than 6.

You are viewing from a different perspective. I think Bama is almost unbeatable. Saban ball at its finest yesterday. Just how many d-linemen does Bama have? If ANY team is going to get Bama, it better post 21-28 in the first half, because last night's 4th quarter was textbook Saban--and Coach Bryant before him. The Wisconsin defensive line was worn out. And Wisconsin is a good team. There is no team in America that can play up front with Bama. Reason I picked Georgia as # 1 is the Dawgs can do almost everything flawlessly, but so can Bama.
