1.Dak Prescott 208.6 (141.8 avg) (vs Troy)
2.Chad Kelly 194.4 (166.8 avg) (vs NMSU)
3.Brandon Harris 156.3 (129.7 avg) (vs USCe)
4.Jake Coker 147.3 (134.5 avg) (vs Arky)
5t.Greyson Lambert 140.7 (158.8 avg) (vs UT)
5t.Joshua Dobbs 140.7 (126.0 avg) (vs Georgia)
7.Perry Orth 126.4 (108.6 avg) (vs LSU)
8.Will Grier 113.6 (145.4 avg) (vs Mizzou)
9.Brandon Allen 107.5 (151.5 avg) (vs Bama)
10.Drew Lock 63.3 (107.5 avg) (vs Florida)

Note: several SEC teams were off this past weekend.

I put who their opponents where this time around. So, you'll notice a lot of bolded names and that's because we had several QB's play well above average against decent opponents. This was apparently the week of the QB, at least comparing to past weeks.

Here is last week's thread to compare.

Would also like to point out that Coker is on a 2 week streak which I don't believe will end this saturday. However, if he wants to win, he will need to play lights out as it will be a high scoring game.

didn't the georgia qb complete like 100% of his passes and like 4 tds against usce? We saw how well that translated in the bama game

Lambert doesn't have the mobility Harris does. Bama always has had more trouble with QBs that can run. And why are you bringing up the Alabama/LSU game ITT?

Dobbs finally played like we'd seen him play last year and against Florida. When he is on he is unstoppable but when he is cold he is bad. A lot of that has to do with our OL and WRs -- a situation that finally looked better Saturday. We've found legit linemen in Chance Hall (RT) and Jack Jones (G) who took over when injuries took our starters out of the game (we went on our scoring run when they came in). And our WRs finally performed the way we knew they were capable of even with the injuries the corps has suffered.

Do you think he's turning the corner in development because this is the first time I've bolded his name this season.

I don't have a clue how this stuff is calculated, but did you include Fitzgerald's stats with Daks? Dak was only 3/6 with a td before they sat him due to a stomach virus. Fitz was 6/7 with 2 tds.

I actually thought about who too include for state. Since dak is your starter, I used his but I did notice your backups having great games as well.

What kind of QB is fitz? Pass? Mobile? Duel threat?

Both of our backups are Dual Threat. Elijah Staley didn't play much because of the same virus Dak had.

Dual threat, although based on what he did in high school his passing ability appears much better at this stage than I would have imagined. Looks to be very promising considering he was a WR/backup qb as a junior in high school.

Something interesting I found. Winning the QBR battle wins 85% of the games. All the weeks I've done this and bolded the stellar performances where QB's who played above average and won their game.

Go back and look at the week that Ole Miss lost to UF and then look at the week Ole Miss beat Bama.
