There are several reasons why Southern's attendance is bottoming out to the point where 20K is a good gate.But from several friends who are long time supporters of all the teams on The Bluff, the game day environment has deteoriated to the point it is not safe, in their opinions, to bring family & friends out there any more. And you want to bring that crowd, mixed with booze all day long, and have them tailgate around some of the red necks who party at the LSU games, drinking booze all day long, too?

Except for prairie view a&m, I have heard of almost none of the schools in the swac.
They must literally be the worst football conference in the entire nation.

I haven't heard one good reason on this entire post. Just a bunch of ignorant statement about , lvl of competition, or they should just shuts the SWAC schools down or the education is as bad as ITT or DeVry.
