He didn't need to throw much at all. When your top 2 running backs rush for 267 yards and 5 TD's and your team rushes for 400, why bother?

FWIW he was 15-22, 205 yards, 2 TD and 0 int. And he rushed for 89 yards and a TD.

BA looked very sharp and very accurate yesterday. He missed two throws or the rating could have been even higher. Overall he was dropping dimes on em.

Brandon Allen is currently second in the nation in passer efficiency, behind JEFF DRISKEL.

That, alone, should tell you the irrelevance of this rating. I'm sure you know that, though.

Eh... Jeff always had talent, with his Muscancer in remission he might be good.

And Coker played against a team with a pulse (A&M and the barn did as well). The rest played against the scout team in a different uniform.

Whatever you need to feel better about your QBs shitty play.

One could easily point out that Wisconsin has their 3rd different staff in four years, the losses ASU had from last year, or that all of Strong's defensive players are now in the NFL leaving Louisville with the first of the soon to be worst Petrino defense.

One could do this, but some don't have to make excuses for a shitty performance by their QB.

We have two QBs who would start for 90% of the teams in Div 1 football...comforting to have that in your back pocket. As we all know injuries can wreck havoc without a really good backup....we went through Brantley & Driskel being injured in years past.

I dont give a frick who we played...the QBs still have to throw balls accurately and we zipped balls to the receivers with quick releases.

It was night and day on offense compared to last year and YAC by the receivers was much much better. It was great seeing players fighting for playing time...backup WRs like Worton and true frosh Antonio Calloway are going to put some upperclassmen on the bench.
