We have already seen how bad South Carolina is in their bowl game. Georgia looked good and seems to have turned a corner late in the year. Good for them.

Ole Miss layed the smackdown on some poor unsuspecting Big 12 team again.

Pac-10 as well.

Because the whole conference was mediocre this year.

The top heavy thing makes no sense. Every conference has really good teams, mediocre teams, and shitty teams.

At least Ole Miss had their best offensive playmaker.

Okie State was a shadow of itself at the beginning of the year.

two sec teams play two teams in your conf. and win. We are no more over or under rated than any other conf. With that being said do honestly believe it would have been easier to play texas schedule or any team in the sec?

So I guess we should put OU in the national title game based on their potential then.

OU should be banned from all championship games for the next decade. Also, no heisman winning quarterbacks.

WTF did Jason White win the Heisman?!?

Just like in baseball this past season, you will find out how overrated the SEC is on the 7th of Jan.

If we're going by bowl wins, the best conference this year as of now belongs to the MWC. They're 4-0, and about to go 5-0 assuming TCU demolishes Boise State.

We played like shite, but the reality is, this is a rebuilding year for us.

Mallett is good, but he's still just finished his first season as a starting QB. He's young, and makes bad decisions, and it shows. The remainder of our team, at every position, we are VERY young still.

We just beat a conference championship team, which is graduating 28 seniors this year (ECU).

We're what, the 6th or 7th best team in the SEC this season?

Yeah, we didn't roll, but I don't think we should have rolled.

You got beaten on the field.
Luckily somebody has a worse kicker than Tejada.
I was genuinely surprised, but that's what happens in CUSA.

While I'm glad Ole Miss won, that was hardly a beatdown. Both teams looked like shite for most of the game. It was embarrassing to watch at times. There was ten turnovers between the teams. At least McCluster was fun to watch, until Ole Miss got the game in the end.

Texas beat Oklahoma State 41-14, but struggled to beat Texas A&M. It never really works to compare victories. The body of work is more telling.
