With ABC ESPN you get half the tv for football and the other half for ticker which no one looks at anymore.
They just haven’t figured that out. Nobody needs a ticker anymore now that people have phones to check the scores.

Bucklefricknut is right about one thing, BiG won the TV deal. We’re stuck with shitty Disney/ESPN/ABC.

I know that they are both owned by Disney, but it's an ESPN production that's aired on ABC. I don't think anyone employed under the ABC name has anything to do with it.

Disney is trying to unload ABC and ESPN ... it'll be interesting to see how things shake-out over time.

True, but I did notice they spent way too much time panning the crowd and shooting back to the field right before the snap. I hate that. It is worse this year

The HD quality of ABC for live sports is crap in comparison to CBS, NBC and FOX.

Nah it's nice to see any relevant score changes without having to look down at my phone.
It doesn't need to take up a ton of space but when I'm watching football I'd rather not be on my phone.

Then cut out shite like WNBA trade information or an ad banner for Loki Season 2. Also quit having yellow graphics so it looks like there’s a flag every play. Maybe even have it pop up every 30 minutes like I’m the 90’s. Every other channel seems to survive just fine without it.
