Which team do you think wants ESPN wants in? N.D.'s presence guarantees a MUCH larger tv audience than almost anyone, but especially a team from Texas. Three Southern teams would kill tv ratings.

1. An SEC team with only 1 loss has never been left out.
2. Aggies won 8 frickin SEC games. Until this year the conference champion only had to win 7.
3. A loser of a conference championship game has never been in the CFP.
4. The money is split 15 ways. The difference in money doesn't mean shite.

OSU getting in was the biggest travesty. They played 6 games against a bunch of scrubs. It’s all political. Teams outside of the Golden children of college football have to run the table giving the committee no choice but to put them in. Hell, LSU had the best season in CFB history and it was close to them being #2 behind OSU.

The problem is A&M has no street cred.
Under the same circumstances Florida, Ga. and LSU would be in the playoffs.

The Bama vs A&M game this year was not even close and why play again. A&M 8 wins got left out of the Championship series because they did not deserve to go. BAMA won the Western SEC conference title and the SEC championship game.
Clemson 10 wins, ND 10 wins deserve to go and Ohio St playing fewer games is the question mark here
6 wins and 0 losses
Florida had 8 wins and played BAMA much closer that A&M
Oklahoma had 8 wins
Cincinnati finished 9-0
All these teams can claim an equal say to be in the championship series.
