SEC catering to the lowest common denominator, MSU. Because MSU has no crowd noise without cowbells, they have to ruin every game day experience in every stadium.
And they wonder how to get more people to come to games, it's not by playing AC/DC or White Stripes every 20 seconds or allowing folks to bring snare drums, air horns, chainsaws, or whatever noisemaker they can come up with.

Yeah, now everyone will have and do noisemakers. Used to yall had a pseudo-exemption or whatever bandaid policy they tried to put in place.

All this says is a school can allow noisemakers not that they have to. As someone posted earlier the school can ban what they like and no school is going to allow vuzvullas (sp). As soon as the old goats with money complain the schools are going to ban noisemakers on their own.
