The only thing I'm disappointed in is that there are no team specific programs.

SEC Now seems to give each team a pretty dedicated 15 minutes a day in addition to the big stories. Or at least it feels that way.

The only days I don't like watching that show are when it's nothing but coach PCs. Those things are unbearable.

TJ Moe has been doing afternoon radio here in St Louis this week since he killed it in segment last week. SEC Network needs to talk to him. He's got a broadcasting future.

I'm not a big Finebaum fan so having him on four hours a day is a bit much for me. Moreso because 95% of the fans that call in are complete idiots, and it just seems pointless to listen to their thoughts.

A+ so far. Has exceeded my expectations and have really enjoyed it for the most part.

I agree with this.

Moe could have a real future in broadcasting if he wants it.

Get rid of Finebaum. The rest is ok. I'd like to see more classic games replayed. By classic games, I mean ones before 2000.

The only guy on the network I really don't like is Finebaum. I don't think he brings anything to the table.

Finebaum knows very little about sports. He likely couldn't name all of the current starting QBs in the SEC. His "expertise" is in the pop culture surrounding sports, which is about as interesting to me as paint drying. Guys like Finebaum and Clay Travis (and I know him) are not there to talk about sports. They have no athletic background or any subject matter expertise related to sports. They are there to talk about TMZ type stuff. Some people love it, I turn the channel.

I don't like Clay Travis a lot, but the little that I do is infinitely more than I like Finebaum.

Well SEC alternate wasn't working on DTV. That's my biggest complaint.

While I agree, I'm sure there are some ownership rights (games originally broadcast on CBS, ABC, even JP, etc) limiting SECNs selection

They have gotten around that apparently. I saw CBS games over the summertime on espnu. ABC is owned by the same parent company so that would not be an issue. i bet we start seeing classic games son.

For yall sure. I think we are kinda screwed on that. Not like I wanted to see any Big 12 games anyway.

i like it too- i've noticed there's been a few times where the show doesn't match to what's on the guide- hopefully that will get fixed with time.

for example, i wasn't home during our game saturday so i dvr'ed the station that said 'either ark vs nicholls or florida vs i can't even remember who they played' thinking well of course here they'll show the arkansas game nope got home and it was the dang florida game. the other time i noticed it - it wasn't an either or on the guide it was straight up wrong.

Watching it now for the first time. God Awful. You have the usual call ins but they've added video rants" which consist of liver spotted gumps trying to read prescripted and probably misspelled bullshite.

McElroy is doing very well considering he is green in the industry. It's fun watching Stinchcomb, Tebow and McElroy get excited before games because they've all played at these fields and the passion is consistent thanks to that..

You know very little about what you speak of. Finebaum started out as a sports journalist and, in the 1980s, was considered one of the best in the state of Alabama. He was so successful they gave him his own radio show. Up until a few years ago, he'd continue writing his weekly column. He now makes enough money where writing is no longer necessary for him to earn a living.

Also...Finebaum is probably one of the best interviewers in all of sports radio. I've been listening to his show for about 15 years and, despite the low intelligence of a lot of his callers, the man sure knows how to find and interview guests.

This. My only complaint is that he's already perceived as the face of the network, which is embarrassing for us all.

I can't speak about his Journalistic skills but his radio and tv skills suck.
