How would you rank SEC football jobs by tier if they were all open today? Including OU and Texas. For me:
Tier 1: Bama, LSU, A&M, UGA, Texas
Tier 2: OU, UT, UF, Auburn
Big gap
Tier 3: Ole Miss, Arkansas, South Carolina
Tier 4: UK, Mizzou, Moo State
Vandy
Tier 1: Bama, LSU, A&M, UGA, Texas
Tier 2: OU, UT, UF, Auburn
Big gap
Tier 3: Ole Miss, Arkansas, South Carolina
Tier 4: UK, Mizzou, Moo State
Vandy

Bama and UGA are a tier 1.a and the rest of your tier one are in a tier 1.b and there can be ebbs and flows between the two. I agree with the rest.

Lsu produces the most NFL prospects per capita in the country with zero in state competition. You can take the top 15-20 louisiana kids every year and have a guaranteed top 10 class before going out of state to fill other needs. LSU recruits itself. Just need a semi competant head coach and it's guaranteed a top 6 roster in the country, add in a little success and LSU pulls in top 3 classes every year saban and miles proved that.
Florida has 2 other blue bloods to fight recruits for.

Mississippi State is a better job than Arkansas.
Same pay, less delusional expectations, more in-state talent, more loyal fanbase.

I'm a Razorback fan, but you can't tell me that Arkansas isn't one of the bottom two or three jobs in the SEC.
...in football
What's worse? Vandy? ...and that's probably it.

You should be used to being on bottom...

Accurate. The cajun mafia makes like hard on high school kids who try to leave.

Honestly, I wouldn't consider Bama a natural tier 1 job, I would put them in tier 2. They don't have any natural recruiting advantages over LSU or UGA. Bama only gets tier 1 due to their history of lucking up with the 2 greatest coaches of all time.

Arkansas could potentially turn into a annual playoff contender if they decided to put resources into football. Moo State doesn't really stand a chance to ever be more than what Mullen Man made em.

You don't see the contradiction in this statement, do you?

Nope.
Arkansas, Ole Miss and State are on the same tier.
