That's certainly a convenient stance given those are the only 3 teams that made it in. I think there are other teams in the SEC that might have a UT type run in them had they been given the opportunity.

I don't think the SEC is so much bad as it is inconsistent. Teams that didn't make it in at their best could play with most in the tourney.

UT was supposed to be a tourney team. All preseason publicaitions/predictions had them finishing 3rd in the conference with about a 8-9 seed. They underachieved all year and are finally playing to their potential. What seperated them from everyone else in conference was SOS and a big time win (UVA)
