A&M has always been respectable at Volleyball and usually gets in the Tourney and wins some games. Have a couple of Elite 8's and some Sweet 16's. The key is getting a few difference makers.

I actually went to the A&M/Texas Volleyball match in the Tourney this year in Austin as it was the 1st meeting of the schools since our SEC move. A&M actually looked like the better fundamental squad but Texas just had a couple of ridiculously tall and athletic girls that pounded us. We ended up losing 3-1 and Texas went on to beat UF and then win the NC. It's really about getting a couple of those elite players that can sky way above the net and power it down. There are just a handful of girls that can really do that though.

I went to high school with the Nash sisters, who both went to tu, the youngest one my age graduated the year before they won the natty... if I recall correctly the older one used to smash with Kevin Durant on the reg.
