He forgets the run at times. Has a tendency to get cute when he doesn't need to.

He's a 1st class OC. This is a good hire for Michigan

Biggest gripe is Nuss doesn't seem to make great game time adjustments. He will often come up with good game plans ahead of time that, if they work, make him look like a genius. But if things start to go south, he often still stays the course without adjusting to the defense. Other than that he is a solid hire.

Good hire, coaches to the talent. Mixes it up and not as predictable as some might tell you.
