Last 50 years, Georgia 36-14 against GT, 72%. 100% would be nice I guess, but not realistic. Personally, I wish they'd cut the series back to every 5 years so Georgia could play some teams from other parts of the country. That would be devastating for Tech because they'd lose their reason for having a football program.

Put another way Missouri wasn't worth playing and only appeared on the schedule once they were foisted off on us.

Missouri has as many SEC East titles than Tenner has wins against Mizzou all time.

That's what aTm keeps saying about LSU and what LSU keeps saying about Bama. Even a broken clock is right twice a day.

Glad to see that.

My pick is Kentucky. I think they have a team good enough to win this year. Ole Miss and MSU are the Western opponents, with Georgia (my other favorite) having Auburn and MSU.

I can see Kentucky pulling it off. Or that team blowing up under Stoops. Really I'm not sure he should be kept long term. He does a decent job recruiting, but when a guy has been there that long and you still aren't sure what you have, that is a bad sign.

Still if they are ever going to do it in the near future, this is the year.

Yeah I do.

Georgia is probably the only defense that might be difficult for them to run on.

But if Johnson has another good season, they are going to be tough to stop on offense.

South Carolina will have a much better defense in 2018, but this is 2017. Think Florida has a real drop on D this year, Tennessee as well. Vandy lost that super lb, not sure what they have in the pipeline. Missouri will probably be all offense again.

Good West schedule, why not? Toughest game for them is Georgia on the road. Well Louisville at home is tougher probably, but that is ooc.

But Stoops was on the hot seat first part of last year. I swear I think he can mess it up. Don't know how yet.

Stoops issue on offense has been the rotating door of OCs. Brown left for the Troy HC position and they let Dawson go.

Gran seems to be in for the long haul and works well with Stoops. IMO that consistency will make difference along with a solid returning offensive line. Snell's going to have a big year.
