SEC Digital Network on PS3

Does anyone have trouble logging into the app for it on PS3? I have created an account and it won't let me log in... TIA!
BTW... I realize this is what a gaming board is for, but I figured I'd try here first since there are probably more of you that use it on this board.

If you sign up through the app it won't work. Go sign up on a PC on SEC digital network then go use the login. It will work that way.

Try using your email instead of username. I had trouble too at first.
eta: what mean is... I think it asks for your username to log in. Instead, try using the email address you used to sign up. It worked for me when i had trouble signing in when it first came out a few months back.

Its also possible y'all may need to update your PS3
