Does that mean y'all got a rejected CUSA coach?

UH begged Sumlin to stay, NFL wanted him, we bought him

Wisconsin told Bert no extension until you stop getting embarrassed by mountain west teams, then Arky came begging and they said don't let the door hit you on the way out.

Let's switch this to 10 wins in the SEC....

yep cause otherwise they'd have to include Jimmy mac who went 10-3 last year.

except I still think JLS was a good move... he had prior head coaching experience at a P5 school, and knew the staff and players. Yeah it was a shitty season obviously, but it was a way better decision than to panic hire someone for a few years and risk more damage to the program.

Y'all are stupid

Age 60+

Steve Spurrier - 70 y.o. | 12 TWS
Nick Saban - 63 y.o. | 9 TWS
Les Miles - 61 y.o. | 7 TWS
Gary Pinkel - 63 y.o. | 5 TWS

55 and younger

Mark Richt - 55 y.o. | 9 TWS
Bret Bielema - 45 y.o. | 4 TWS
Jim Mcelwain- 53 y.o. | 1 TWS
Dan Mullen - 43 y.o. | 1 TWS
Gus Malzahn - 49 y.o. | 1 TWS
Kevin Sumlin - 51 y.o. | 1 TWS
Hugh Freeze - 45 y.o. | 0 TWS
Butch Jones - 47 y.o. | 0 TWS

Takeaways:

1) Miles is 16 years older, but has only 3 more ten win seasons than Bert.

2) Mullen, Malzahn, Sumlin, Feeze, and Jones combined don't have as many ten win seasons as Bert, and the only one younger than Bert is Mullen.

3) At Bert's current pace, he will have 12 ten win seasons by the time he's 65.

Should be scary for SEC fans how young Bert is.

Dude is just getting started.

Also all of Miles' 10 wins seasons came in the SEC, and Bert's came in the Ohio State Conference.

Also, Bert is fat.

Butch has two ten win seasons in the Big East, which was a BCS conference at the time.

"Power 5". Didn't become a thing until last year.

but still that would probably bother me more if it wasn't coming from meddlesome alvarez and the bitterness shown by wisky fans after bert left.

There's something there for sure. Two straight coaches leaving for less prestigious programs (one of which has to share a state with Nike U) ?

You know your team sucks when you have to brag about what your coach did before he got there .
