I have been watching the game. The refs are evening out the number of fouls from the first half. I'd say they've made a few more calls against UF than WVU.
But the key foul of the half was the 4th on Page. And it was pretty ticky tack.

WVu plays a much deeper bench and they always foul. They are in the bonus 6 minutes into the 2nd half. These teams play different styles and the fouls should not be even.

I am not saying they aren't, but it is way overboard in the 2nd half. Trying to be nice and you are messing up my viewing experience, so if that is what you are going for, congrat's.

I'm not. I just hate the physical style of basketball that Pitino, Huggins and others have dragged college basketball into. The answer to that isn't fewer whistles.

Yes I agree, call the fouls on the team who is playing that style, not the other team. You are making my argument for me here. And we are at home where we should get the calls.

There is a huge disparity in how many hand check fouls have been called on Florida as opposed to WVU. WVU should have about 30 fouls at this point if the refs were calling it even on both sides. There's been so many times where WVU mugs our guys, holds them down by their jerseys and hand checks, yet no calls.

They've now called 24 fouls on WV to 21 on UF.
Florida hasn't had even 5 calls that I've seen against them that looked like really bad calls. You're arguing around the margins.

The tone they set in the beginning of the 2nd half was BS. Lot of ticky tack shite there and nothing on WVu. You are wrong here but we can agree to disagree.
