LSU with 22? Damn, was it batting practice?
Kentucky wins today, is it time to say we maybe for real? I thought this was a rebuilding year for Coach Nick...he has them playing good baseball.

Georgia couldn't even score a touchdown

I thought Tennessee was supposed to be good this year? Are they hitting a skid?

Duplantis Sets Record as LSU Takes Game 1 from Georgia, 22-9
Sophomore left fielder Antoine Duplantis drove in seven runs on a single-game school record six hits
Duplantis was 6-for-6 on the night to set the LSU single-game record for hits. Senior shortstop Kramer Robertson was 5-for-5 in the game, which included a school record-tying three doubles.

We sucked that tiger dick last night. And will continue to do so for the rest of the weekend.

I think Kentucky has a good team this year. Had a tough schedule to begin the year but they are a team that won't be easy to beat

Florida needs to get their bats going. They have good pitching but not good hitting. Now they are a young ball club on the hitting side so I'll give them that. Now Ole Miss has some pretty good pitching. I believe the Rebels are dead last in runs scored but they've won a lot of games. I could see them not being able to hit hurting them later on in the year but they have a pretty good pitching staff

quote:It's amazing how much some of our guys have regressed. Our hitting coach, Craig Bell, has to go if they keep this up. Will be two straight years of a mediocre lineup despite having some pretty damn good talent.

Auburn's starting pitcher last night has only given up 17 hits in 34 innings all year. His era was 0.64 going into last night.
I personally think he is a better college pitcher than the Mize kid Auburn will throw today.
Mize will be drafted higher simply because he throws harder. He is averaging almost two strikeouts per inning, but he also gives up more hits

I'm not sure UF is going to right the ship this season. There is just something off with this UF team. The bats are horrendous.

So... what is the over/under on the number of for sale signs on the Georgia head coach's lawn today?

Ole Miss hasn't given up a run in regulation in 7 games. Only 2 runs we gave up were in the 11th inning in that mid week game 2 weeks ago. Every other game has been a shutout. If we could just get some average hitting we will win a lot of games

The Ole Miss pitching staff has pitched 68 scoreless innings in the last 69.

I thought yall were supposed to be good?
We have some good pitchers so not super surprised at yalls 3 runs, but Im pretty shocked at our 14 runs because I didn't think we had good bats

Our weekend pitching has been pretty solid, until last night. Our bats have pretty weak all season.
