Hawgs bats are absolutely mashing right now. Hope our arms can make them silent this weekend.

They've been mashing all season. 52 HRs and one of only two teams in the league to currently be hitting at .300 or better for the season. The only team that is hitting .300 or better in SEC games this season.

Its a potent lineup mixed with righties and lefties. No breaks in the order really. #9 hitter leads the team in batting average.

What has set Arkansas apart so far this season though, is having two of the best starters in the league on Friday and Saturday night. Sunday is usually a bullpen day, but they've still found a way to win all but one Sunday game in SEC play.

Should be a good series this weekend.

Game summarized: We had 9 stikeouts, 8 walks, 1 hit batsman, and 2 errors. Hard to win a game with those numbers. USA pitcher had some nasty stuff but still.

State will drop 25 spots in the rpi with the loss to South Alabama. I'm starting to hate South Alabama. First football now baseball.

The biggest thing for Auburn is that we have these huge inning in the third fourth or fifth and then we don't score the rest of the game.

I'm at the Arkansas/Memphis game now. Murphy is killing it on the mound, only allowed one base runner on a walk. Arkansas just can't get their bats going so far. 0-0 middle of the 5th.

How did we look last night against a not too bad USA team? Cannizarro was so pissed he put pitchers in to bat for the regulars.

Since everybody thinks midweek games matter so much. I figured that I would hear State ruined their chances to host a regional

You didn't answer the question. (Disclaimer - I watched pretty much every pitch as I have done all season). This mid-week loss probably won't hurt much because USA has a decent record. But, every game matters when they look at the total body of work at the end of the season.

I didn't watch it. I usually watch at least some but it wasn't on espn watch app. Alabama must skyrocket up the rpi over the win over Acorn State

You really aren't worth the effort.
