Marineri can't be considering, according to our idiot baseball fan base. Ninety percent of LSU baseball fans want him fired because they think college baseball never left the '90s and LSU should win every year.

SOME gamecock fans are starting to think this way. I've seen a couple say Holbrook is not right for the job. Crazy to me considering the job Holbrook has done this season. He's not perfect, and he's not Tanner, but we've done a damn good job this season considering where we were last year.

If LSU squeaks out the SEC title somehow, it should be CPM. I don't like CPM, but if he can win the SEC after replacing 8/9 starters, that is impressive

Due to OM playing A&M. I think there is a way, but you need to win out while A&M loses today and then loses 2/3 vs OM.
LSU 20 wins
A&M 19 wins
OM 19 wins
And that isn't factoring USC or MSU.
So you aren't technically eliminated, but its near impossible.

coen. state was picked to finish 4th in the west. Manieri has done a hell of a job too. Lsu realy shouldnt have been picked 2nd in the west with all they lost.

No one is talking about so I'm going to bring it up... Childress , his staff and several players on this aTm team remember Ole Miss coming out to College Station and celebrating on the pitcher's mound of Blue Bell Park the SECw Title we clinched exactly 2 years ago this weekend... The talent gap in our teams is a concern but that extra motivation concerns me as well... Not to mention the fact that you're playing for an SEC championship.
