Alabama is shooting up the rankings. Was #240 just a couple of weeks ago. At this rate should be Top 10 by end of April.

10-7 against a schedule that produced that RPI of 240. Think about that.

You can't expect to play the Golden TV Evangelists from Oral Roberts and come away with any wins. It's just not feasible.

I can't quite wrap my mind around your post, but Oral Roberts has a very good baseball program

I dont think many gumps follow baseball. They may follow their team, but not the sport in general.

not sure how, but A&M doesnt have any of these 4 teams on the schedule this year. would be a shitty way for florida (who is clearly the best team) to not win the league

Why doesn't Vandy have softball?

I suppose not.
Oral Roberts has won their league 15 times since 2000. Have made an NCAA Regional 15 times since 2000. Have won an NCAA Regional. Have been to the CWS in 1978. They're a great mid major program and have been for a long time.

Money would be my guess.

Oral Roberts is a good program.
No SEC program should ever be swept at home by Oral Roberts.
Those are both very factual statements.
Oral Roberts has been subpar against other P5 teams this season. I'm sure you know that though since you are so up to date on collegiate baseball nationally and all. I could go back and pull ORU's past 10 year results vs P5 programs in early season weekend series record if you want, but I think we both know it would prove that they don't generally sweep very many SEC/ACC/B12 opponents throwing their weekend starters.

And should never sweep an SEC program in a 3 game weekend series.
They followed their sweep of us up losing 6 of their next 8, including losses to Minnesota, Iowa, Kansas and Hawaii.

Oral Roberts, the man, was a famous and wealthy televangelist. That's how he became famous and how he founded his university.

They swept the state of Oklahoma last year. Beating Oklahoma State twice and Oklahoma as well.
They're a good program that sweeps a lot of power 5 schools over the years. Its not that big of a deal and not like getting swept by ULM or something.

Sad when your team is ranked 4th and fans think they suck
