I guess their ace gets 3 days rest instead of 2. Might not work out well for USC.

That's true, but now we have a full period of rest for Braden Webb and we can pitch him for at least 4-5 innings. UNCW already showed that they can't hit heat, and Tyler Johnson's fastball blew their doors off. Webb's velocity is about the same as Johnson. If we can get to UNCW's bullplen, we'll have a great shot against them. If Foster can stay on the field for 7+ innings, he could be trouble for us.

Our advantage was getting to their bench but now they get to the front of the rotation again. Most of these smaller schools have that 1 ace that can compete with anyone.

Frustrating but it helps SCAR more than the North Carolina directional school.

The 2pm start is what kills me. I have a 3pm appointment I can't reschedule, so had to give my tix away.
