read my post...like i said...they are all jacked up cause they are human...the idolization is the issue here...i dont like Dooley all that much...i was too young to remember him coaching but i do know he made terrible decisions as an AD...see the Ray Goff years...

Yep. Suspended Joe Namath and Kenny Stabler several times. But he was probably so drunk and fatigued from womanizing that he had no idea who his players were.
