This week SB Nation had an article on whose stock rose and fell after week 1 and what to keep an eye on for future games.

Risers
This was understandable with Carl Lawson, Nick Chubb and Evan Ingram. The one that caught me by surprise was the RB at Vandy, Ralph Webb.

Sliders
He was not too kind to a couple of SEC players who I thought would be 1st rounders; Malachi Dupre & Chad Kelly. He also pointed out that Josh Dobbs performance confirmed he is not an NFL QB. Listed below is a few of his thoughts on Dupre and Kelly

Malachi Dupre
In LSU's 2016 opener, Malachi finished with three catches for just 24 yards as LSU was upset by Wisconsin. While LSU's QB play is simply terrible, Dupree had back-to-back drops on high balls in the first half, then dropped two more jump balls at the start of Q4. Dupree can't make the play whenever there is contact, negating his elite jumping ability. His size hurts his overall fluidity and ability to seamlessly get in and out of his breaks." In the end, Dove projects Dupree to go in the late second round.Listed at 6'3, but just 190 pounds, Dupre needs to continue to get stronger and he is not yet a mature route runner. He is asked to block a lot in LSU's run-oriented game script, but is more of a nuisance than a physical force.

Chad Kelly
Entering the 2016 season, I have my doubts. Kelly is an undersized gunslinger. Far too many times Kelly took an unnecessary sack or forced an impossible throw. He lost a pair of first round picks in Laquon Treadwell and Laremy Tunsil. Against FSU, he had three interceptions and a fumble inside his own 20 yard line with a 5 point lead. With games against Alabama, and Georgia before October, we will quickly get a feel for Kelly on the field, but there remains questions off the field. With Johnny Manziel's troubles in the NFL, I think teams would be wise to stay far away from Kelly. I have Kelly as a third round prospect at this point.

Damn, Swag Kelly just got lit up and if you think his performance against FSU was bad, wait till that herd of Elephants and Junk Yard Dawgs roll though the Grove. My prediction is Kelly won't even be the best QB in the SEC with 25+ int at the end of the year.

You wouldn't have posted this if Kelly wasn't on that list. It must really eat at you that Kelly in one season had a better year than Dak had in 3 seasons at State.

State has an AD that apologizes for scheduling a really OOC game to start the season in the past and they still lose to a sorry Sun Belt team to start the year. Of course they have to focus on Ole Miss to get by. That is just the life of a State fan.

Your head case Kelly will be lucky to go in the 4th round but he will never sniff a starter QB role.

Malachi Dupree looks the part, but is not a good WR.

Carl Lawson will make himself a lot of money if he can just stay on the field. He looks like a Steelers or Raven OLB.

Reb, I didn't write the article. Nor do I condone having a South Alabama on schedule much less losing to them.

BTW, you must be taking lessons from your coach on how to change the Narrative

Kelly is a thug - and a stupid thug at that. He won't make it as an NFL QB mainly because of his ignorance. He's go the arm but not the smarts.

NO! Malachi Dupre was a 5 star so he's automatically a first round talent no matter his results!

You want to talk about Ole Miss changing the narrative when your posting articles on Ole Miss players after State loses to a Sun Belt team. You should focus on your own team even though I know you really really don't want to.
