If it wasn't for 4 missed field goals (thanks again Cade Foster) LSU wouldn't have won the SEC that year. Bama was one field goal away from undefeated.

We were undefeated in regulation and that matters according to a certain coach.

That 2011 game in Tuscaloosa was as close to NC atmosphere as I've ever seen. The tension was thick and nobody could sit. The ones that were were on the edge looking though their fingers.
Never seen a game where every play was tension-filled.

This. We were up in the nosebleeds, but it was the most electric atmosphere for a football game that I've ever seen. Everyone knew that if a TD was scored it would probably be game over. Both defenses playing lights out. LSU hanging in there on Bama's ST miscues. And going to OT just made it even better.

As I recall Alabama was LSU's bitch 7 of the first 8 years of this millennium and 9 of the first 12, including 5 in a row from '03 to '07. Gee, wouldn't -that make Alabama "U5A"...
