Baton rouge, lsu campus aside, is a ghetto.
If I recall correctly, Louisiana is home to 3 of the 5 worst highways in the country. Example, close your eyes as a passenger heading west bound on i10 and you can feel when you get into Texas.

All trolling aside Baton Rouge is getting horrible. I honestly don't think we will recognize the city in a few years. They have invested a lot of money into the area and yet it's still getting worse.
