Gameday, prime-time start, as many fans without tickets as with, and lots of alcohol. Will look like it did a few years back when it was wall-to-wall people. Can't wait.

Heavy weight fight come to mind. I wonder how Bama's field plays when wet.

I hope it doesn't rain.

Does it make me a jerk if I hope it rains to make me feel better for not going?

I'm already regretting not selling my tickets. I hate late kickoffs. No available hotel rooms remotely close (except for a few dives) and a 3 hour drive home. I think it'll be a great game/atmosphere but I wish we would have got the 2:30 slot.

The hype over the game in 2011 was unprecedented.

Not good. It gets sloppy. The turf doesn't grow well because it's surrounded on all 4 sides and has to be replaced every summer.

With both teams having a power running game I really can't see an advantage for either team. Only good thing I guess would be LSU just played in a monsoon rain storm in its last game. Rain or not I feel this game comes down to a field goal.

Major difference in fan bases right here.

It'll clear up pretty quick in the 3rd quarter.
