Would love to see the Saints get him. Like those tough receivers.

Sammie gone. Good. Guy is flat-out NFL good.
I heard (from a guy at Five Guys Burgers who was wearing an Auburn 2010 Natty hat) that Duke is next . . . dis true?

After his combine, he will be a first or second round take. Jaelen Strong Amari Cooper Nelson Agholor Sammie Coates Tyler Lockett Kevin White Tony Lippett Devante Parker Will all probably go in the top two rounds.
Gotta include Dorial Green-Beckham and Ty Montgomery in that list as well.
I don't think more than 4 or 5 go in the first round. I would say the following go in the first:
Cooper
White
Parker
Strong
Green-Beckham

Devin Funchess will be the second or third WR off the board.
Forgot about Parker at Lousiville, that dude is a beast

I still think he leaves, but it's actually a pretty close call. Our mods have said he's been telling people he might come back.

Yay for us.
He's a good one, hope he does well.

I'm gonna miss Sammie. Kid worked hard and kept doing him. He did it right and wish him the best.

Going to be interesting to see where he goes after he throws up crazy combine numbers. Late 1st/early 2nd?
I'm thinking first round. He's got prototypical size and is a very good deep threat. He seems polished enough as a route runner to make him a solid first rounder with a good combine.

Yep, Sammie is easily a first round pick. He has good size and elite speed. Glad he's gone.

quote:whats the line look like next year? I know you lose dismukes, slade, and maybe kozan again (heard back might be worse than was thought). Coleman really had a rough year at LT, could have been called for some really egregious holding and wasnt. I know you get Golson.
We need to show that list to Duke, after a year with JJ and a weaker class he could be first round for sure

What is Sammie's projected 40?

Slade is a scrub, so Dismukes is really our only loss, but a big one at that.
Golson is being boomed to replace Reese, so my best guess is he'll play center.
As for Coleman, this was his first significant playing time since he was in HS like 4 years ago, so his struggles were expected. Also, Greg Robinson struggled his first year at LT too, so he's not a lost cause just yet.
Most of our guys are versatile, but here are the guys that will compete:
Coleman (probably left or right tackle)
Golson (center)
Kozan (if he's healthy, he'll play guard)
Braden Smith (could pay anywhere besides center. Will be an animal)
Avery Young (could pay anywhere, stud)
Pat Miller (tackle)
Devonte Danzey (decent guard)
Overall, I think our line will be better next season, but not quite as good as 2013

What is Sammie's projected 40?
