This is it. At LSU there wasn't a week that he didn't backhand the fans about some unrealistic expectation or doomsday thought process.
But he generally is right about it: at MSU, LSU and Bama he pegs the vocal minority of fans.

It's never Nicks fault. Ask the Dolphins? Ask LSU fans? Bama fans are next-Saban can't make himself happy. He'll go pro again after telling Bama he's not leaving. Great coach; scumbag of a man.

He's a great recruiter, a great teacher, a great administrator, etc.., he is not an elite gameday coach. Not by any stretch. He is an average in-game head coach. But the other things he does on an elite level usually cover up for his lack of in-game instinct.

Did anybody see the thread from the douche bag who wanted to write the coaches a letter detailing what he thinks the problem is? See the governor of Alabama bitching about the 4th quarter play calling? Anybody notice the crazy drunks screaming through their monitor screens about frick everything Alabama because we lost?
Man has a point by saying some people expect too much. At the beginning of the season this was a rebuilding year for the defense, lost something like 8 or 9 starters. Plenty of people predicting a minimum of 3 losses. Now we're at the twelfth week, with only one loss and an easy, clear road to the SECCG and everybody's been bitching and moaning for the past week.

Sure I said the gov was bitching about it, and I definitely agree with his opinion, but my point was more to illustrate the fact that in no other state would the governor even be asked about a football game like that.

Which actually shows some deep seated resentment - that Saban(a good coach) is coaching at a school that you consider a rival. So which school are you a fan - Auburn or Tennessee?

This is nothing unusual for Nick Saban. Nothing at all. He does this all the freakin' time guys. So, why is this thread still going?
He'll get the same ole responses from the media, the same from other fans saying he is leaving, and the same from the Alabama nation.
