Has anybody else noticed that Nick has developed a pattern of hiring disciples of coaches that have been successful in the NFL? Could he possibly learn something from these underlings of great coaches that could help him learn what it takes to be successful in the NFL?

He likes learning new things from smart people who have different insights. He isn't scared to challenge his preconceived notions by listening to opposing viewpoints. That's why he hired Kiffin and brought in Chip Kelly multiple times.

Probably his best trait IMHO

So he hires OCs that he has familiarity with. Or some connection to? Ya don't say.

Saban is a succubus. Saban brings them in, then sucks their brain like a brain sucker, then tosses them on the pile of other used-up OC's. His master plan is almost complete. He will return to the NFL with all of this new information and talent he has vacuumed from these poor, hapless OC's.

Great theory.

Nick was a disciple of that great NFL coach. Where do you think he developed "the process?" He stole it from Belicheck. But Saban is acme to apply it while getting his pick of the litter of college players.

You missed his point, but I'm not surprised. Bama fans are dim bulbs.

Kiffin was not a successful coach in the NFL. He was a disciple of Pete Carroll whose coaching skills were adaptable to the NFL, the highest level of coaching. Sark was also Carroll's disciple. Nick wanted to be like Pete. After clashing with the west coast personalities, he is showing his ability to adjust by tail-coating Belichick and hiring Doeball.

Why, I think you've cracked the case, sonuvapitcher! Saban is plotting to infiltrate the NFL again!

But what if I told you this isn't the first time Daboll has worked for Saban?

I know what you're getting at, but it's still egregiously wrong.

Nick Saban does not use sexual means to steal the souls of others.
