The other Mercedes dealer in Birmingham filed a law suit claiming the new dealership was a violation of his franchise agreement. The lawsuit was just settled.

Saban and his partner can now get going on their store

Saban Saturn would have been better.

A'ight Audi would have a good ring to it, too.

I'd like to see the terms if that settlement.

Existing dealer was probably an Auburn fan.

And I've had some dealings with the car business. Those franchise territories are very heavily defended and very valuable. I'm surprised they would allow two in a city the size of Birmingham.

I'd be pissed off too if one of them had Saban's name on it.

LF should have done a PG year. He would have looked fly in a S550 AMG

He should have talked to Deuce about car dealerships.

Same. If it were my Mercedes dealership I also would have tried to block it from opening.

Saban is so little, I figured a Fiat dealership would have been in order.

What does he need a car dealership for, didn't Bama just give him a raise? Or was this just part of his "please don't go to Texas" package?

This is the proof that Sabn will retire at Bama.
If he left for another school, nary a soul would buy so much as a tire pressure gauge from that dealership.

He will own that entire state by the time he retires.
