Why are you defending Saban? He made a poor coaching decision and the entire country witnessed it. IMO the article nailed it.

Not defending Saban personally, but why does every coach have to take the "blame" after loses and coddle their players ? It isn't make believe world .. They have to take responsibility just like you or I did when we were that age ..

IMO the coach should take the blame at this level. NFL, different story. Of course that's just me and I had no respect for Saban long before this happened.
