The actual verse in the song is 'running of on da plug twice' basically meaning he didn't pay his dope dealer twice.

Who you loathe should be all of the kids that do this 'dance' knowing exactly what it means.
Until I read the newspaper article, I had no clue what it was called, where it originated from, or the meaning behind it. And fwiw, I have never heard the 'song' nor did I know who in the hell Plies was.
