Don't we all but unfortunately, the snobs of the PAC won't let this happen. They love the Rose Bowl the way it is.

I understand what you saying but if he does not want it put(which he must) on the front page of every sporting source out there then why not just say, no comment. Are they holding a gun to his head?

Why does think he has the ability or should have the right to have a rule changed? All you see is he Saban wants to change this and that. Does he not see the game might be getting away from him if he can't work with the rules listed? You're a head coach just like the other college ball coaches, why is your opinion valued higher than theirs? I say as long as he a coach in the NCAA, he shouldn't be allowed to change anything unless he gets a majority vote from the other NCAA coaches. Not saying he's doing this to get an advantage in coaching but Saban shouldn't be the only one making noise trying to propose a rule change time and time again.

You realize he is basically stumping for 5-7 SEC teams to go before 6-6 G5 teams don't you?

what does that have to with the SEC? You still could use the Alamo bowl, Sun Bowl, other places.

Who says it is? Has Saban said this? People ask him what he thinks and then print it. Other people assign value, not him.

Actually, it appears as if he was not asked about that, but was asked about the SEC not going to a 9 game conference schedule. he then gave his opinion on the bowl selection process....completely different from the question he was asked.
That said, I could care less that he has been giving his opinion on everything. Isn't that what we do every day on here? And most people are not as interested in our opinion as they are in Saban's.
