The editing on this is highly suspect. The cut to the faraway shot right before Saban jumped was obviously so they could switch him out with a double.

Depends on the cost of the lot.Brother just rebuilt on his lot up there and the costs of builing up there are ridiculous.

I'm not sure what's more impressive, a 64 year old man in good enough shape to make that jump or a 30 year old man with the self-control to continue choosing splashes of cold water over sex.
