I doubt it makes it to a vote. The backlash from this has been fierce, ESPN is against it and the vast majority of the coaches in college football are against it, and all of the major conferences are against it.

If you want to talk about player safety one of the major needs that must be addressed is that if a player must be helped off the field they shouldn't be allowed to come back in the next play. You can't argue that they are properly evaluated after being helped off the field in one play for an injury that serious.

WHAT????

You are actually writing this with a straight face? On the "SEC RANT." That is what every fracking person here does. Thus the "RANT" part, thus the reason there is a place to 'RANT" with others! Someone is making money here. Why? So, people will whine and bitch on boards.

Duh.

So why have you gotten so rustled about Auburn fans bitching?

I think watching Uncle Grandpa (my son has it on) is seeping lunacy into my brain.

Jeez, what a stupid show.

I'm not rustled at all I just like stirring the pot in these threads. I give 0 fricks about this rule because is doesn't affect LSU at all. I do think it's a bitch move by Saban, but you can do whatever you want when you win like he does.

LSU is up 18-0 too. I'm about as unrustled as it gets.

Well 70%+ of the coaches, most fans, most of the national media like the rules the way they are and don't think the rules should be changed because a couple of coaches are too lazy to adapt like everyone else has throughout history. Its simpler for Bret and Saban to go to the NFL than to change the rules for everyone to accommodate them in college. Saban knows the rule is going down the drain and is trying to come up with new excuses or anything to get someone to listen just like Bret.

Bout to say . . . with LSU not really being significant anymore and on the decline, I'm glad to see you guys finding other things to keep you busy.

Less than 30% of HCs are in the top echelon of their profession. The rest are fighting for tier II bowl bids.
