A&M was a decent team but that game really wasn't that close.

That place erupted when Allen returned that fumble. BDS is loud, it's just not consistently loud.

At most, you can say we had 4 penalties due to noise. We had 1 delay of game (on the punter) and 3 false starts (and one of them was bogus). Our other penalties were illegal block on a punt, and an ineligible receiver downfield.

Also BS. Supposed "covered by" WR was 4 yards off the line of scrimmage.

But LSU is not a rival.

Every team in the SEC West is a potential rival, especially when that team is #2 and standing in the way of a berth in the SEC Championship as well as the CFB Playoff.

I know it's hard to remember now, but that game featured two Top 5 teams in 2015. Ole Miss had also just lost to Arkansas, giving us a chance to take the lead in the SEC West with a win.

And it was a night game to boot. Any game with those circumstances is going to be loud and electric.

"The three times I've been to BDS I was very unimpressed with the crowd noise. But damn that stadium is so nice. Worst part is getting hit in the face by some old lady with a pom pom"

I was at BDS in 08 or 09 and the crowd noise was non-existent until Bama took the lead in the fourth quarter, it was deafening from there on out.

Meh, LSU has won that title for over half a century.

But Husky Stadium has the highest recorded decibel level.

Husky Stadium 133.6 (1992)
Memorial Stadium (Clemson) 132.8 (2007)
Tiger Stadium 130 (2007)

I knew it wouldn't take long

I would love to be Saban's best friend kicking beers back at the camp with him and say, "So Nick, that LSU job, what you think?".
