Can't wait for Bama and Tuscaloosa to go back to nothing like it was before he got there.

Yeah this seems questionable...

I'll believe it when WBT Sportz confirms it

He didn’t look like himself on the sideline last week. He didn’t absolutely lose it after stupid penalties, and preventable mistakes, like he normally use to do. He looked sort of bloated.

It wouldn’t surprise me, if that were the truth. Nothing lasts forever.

Saban has 281 wins. He is sticking around for 300, without question

is there something magical about having 300 wins over 290?

Its been obvious since the summer, smiling, laughing with the media. Even during Tex game you can tell the demeanor is not the same.

Only 5 coaches have done it in FBS (Paterno, Bowden, Bryant, Stagg, Warner). Paterno is basically impossible for anyone to catch (409) but 300 is a significant milestone and the last one Saban hasn't yet reached

It may take him another 4 seasons to reach 300.

Reminds me of the scene in No Country For Old Men when Tommy Lee Jones and his deputy are surveying the crime scene and immediately TLJ’s character is able to surmise what happened.

His deputy said, “that’s very linear, sheriff.”

Tommy Lee Jones’ response: “Age will flatten a man.”

The SEC is now No Country For Old Men with NIL/Transfer Portal.
